Which model require to plug to electric outlet and which model require to wire to breaker circuit panel ?
    Plug to electric outlet
    • Model 55kw, 200kw, 1000kw v 1.1, C4-88, B4-88 end user and power reverse

Connect or wire to the breaker circuit panel
    • Model 1000kw V 2.1, 2000kw, 3000kw V 3.1.3, 4000kw, 6000kw, C4-89

    • *Note that you also can plug to electric outlet if your outlet can load up to 15~50 amp. However we suggest wire direct to breaker circuit panel
How to connect to breaker circuit panel ?
When working with electricity always: Turn off the power. Test the wires to ensure the power is off. Lock out the panel box, so no one can accidentally turn the power back on while you are working. you really should, but probably won't: Check with local authorities to see if a permit is required. (it usually is) Have your work checked by an inspector. To avoid overloading the circuit, consult a licensed electrician. Two-Wire or Three-Wire Cable? Whether you need two- or three-wire cable depends on the equipment and plug that will be needed by the new circuit. MOST welders only require two hot wires and a ground. In this case you can use two-wire cable, just be sure to color code the white wire as a hot wire. Others require two hot wires, a ground wire and a neutral wire. In this case you need to use three-wire cable. i'm putting in a three because who knows what i'll need in the future. About Two-Pole Breakers If you are simply moving an existing 220 volt receptacle, you can use the breaker that's already in your service panel. If you are adding a new 220 volt circuit, you will need two adjacent open holes in the service panel to accommodate the new circuit breaker. if your breaker box is full you can make a junction box and split your dryer line one for the garage, one for the laundry and one runs to the power saver.

Connect the Circuit to the Service Panel Turn off the power at the main breaker and remove the service panel's cover plate. Be careful not to touch the inside of the service panel. Test the panel to be sure the power is off. Connect one tester probe to the service panel's neutral bar. Connect the other probe to each breaker's set screw to test for power. If the tester doesn't show any power, it's safe to work in the box. Connect the white wire to the neutral bar. If you are using a 220 volt plug that only has connections for two hot wires and a ground, there is no neutral, so you can skip this step. Connect the bare copper wire to the ground bar. Connect the black wire to one leg of the two-pole breaker. Connect the red wire to the other leg of the two-pole breaker. If you are using two-wire cable, connect the white wire, coded red, to the other leg of the two pole breaker. Reinstall the service panel cover, restore power to the service panel and test your new outlet.
Do you have product warranty ?
    2 years warranty after purchased.
Is it true ? i saw other products on the internet mentioned that one unit can apply with 500kwh ~ 6,000kwh electric bill. And price is very cheap..!
The range should not be that much, if 500kwh ~ 1000kwh this might be possible. But one unit for the range 500kwh to 2000kwh or to 6,000kwh or to 10,000kwh is not possible unless they have breaker switch adjustment and the wire size must be at least 1.5 up (double wire size of your computer cord size or more). Please do not buy just because it is cheap but please consider quality and possibility of the advertisement other than price !

We know which website you are talking about, further more they have several domain name with the same contents. Unfortunately they even don't know what is the important of Kwh relative to electric current and wire size. On their product and faq page you are advised to add 2 or 3 units in one outlet to obtain higher kwh application, by adding the more Kwh on their web page only just to claim more selling price and do nothing with the product can be considered as fake or fraud products!!!! Caution: do not attempt to do like thisWarning ! (the left picture) this will cause heat and fire to your electric outlet please do not attempt to do so. If the product is fake (fake science) you can plug any quantity you want but you will save nothing from your electric bill because inside the product box has non saving device, just a lamp and heavy resin to hide the fraud.

How do i know 1 ton AC (air conditioner) equal to kwh ?
    1 BTU=0.2928 watt hour (wh).
1 ton of AC (aircon) equal to 12000 BTU or about 3.514 kwh. If you run your aircon for 6 hours a day you consume 6 x 3.51 = 21 kwh per day. And if you run this usage for 30 days you will consume 30x 21 = about 630 kwh per month.
I have a water pump it was written 3 HP, how do i know watts of my water pump ?
1 HP or horsepower = 0.7457 kw or 745 watts, your pump is 3 HP x 745 watts = 2,235 watts or 2.235 kw. However when you run motor pump with water it will consume more than actual watts because of load of water, thus your water pump will consume 10% more. So your watt hour meter will read 2.235 kw x 10%=2.458 kwh.

What is a different between EMS and UPS, FedEx, DHL ?
EMS charge for shipping by actual weight, they don't charge by volume while UPS, DHL, FedEx charge on weight and volume (Length x width x height cm and divided by 6000 = Kg). For e.g. if your box dimension is 30 x 25 x 17 cm, and the gross weight is 1 kg. EMS will charge you for 1 kg. But DHL, UPS and FedEx will charge you by volume which is 2.5 kg ([30x25x17]/6000=2.125 kg). However if your gross weight is 3 kg, you will be charged maximum rate for 3 kg not 2.5 kg.

    Remark
    1. from Jan 2009 the volume box calculation will be changed from 6000 to 5000, thus (W x L x H cm) divided by 5000 NOT 6000
    2. We are no longer use DHL as they charge for tax VAT 7% for the shipping which cause higer shipping cost.
